The Lego Movie

A stupid idea is still a good idea, the animation that is by the Warner Bros, taking a block by block with the Lego Movie, directed my Phil lord and Christopher Miller. This film show laughter and humours joke for family to enjoy, it has an interesting plot twist to the film.

In this Lego dimension Emmet seem to nothing as to everybody else however chosen to the special one, although he genially doesn’t have any intelligent and great skills other like the rest of the others. He ideas maybe stupid however is one that is above the norm which makes him special.  Piece of Resistance take him to other world with his team including batman, he have

Still griping not only kid to the film put also parent who remembered as where they were kid as well, showing a playing ground for both kid and grown up, breaking the hierarchy between the father and the son by something that they both love, anyone can create and imagine their own set of design and freely choose to create whatever they want.

Hierarchy and convention has also have been broken  and challenge by the character of  the binary opposition between the supreme leader Lord Business and the protagonist  has told us that evil and good can collide with each other and be friends. It doesn’t necessary have to be a bad ending for Lord Business, idea that everybody can create, not just those who are ‘special’ anyone have the ability just like the Ratatouilles movie; anyone can cook.

Ex Machina

A thrilling, smart movie about the artificial intelligence of a robot with outsmarted even human. Alex Garland a novelist have decide to take to stage in filming, as he directed and scripted science fiction, upcoming film like chappie and movies like the avenger Upton arise are also discussing the idea of robot having conscience, in the futuristic concept, Maybe humans are not one are no longer have the abilities to exist anymore.  However first it’s by testing out it success, that had shown that by the smart and manipulative movies.

Ex Machina start by Caleb (Domhnall Gleeson) as software who wins a prize to stay with a CEO Nathan (played by Oscar Isaac) for a week at the house in the a remote ad hidden forest For his prize he is flown to contribute in the ‘’Turing testing’’ with most technically advance robot called Ava, her face is like a human face but the body is all made with robot part, which is clearly distributed. He want to test her is can think for herself, reason and use her consciousness to make decision for her.

The concept of the film is very simplistic however a complex meaning had a renewed thinking and ideas. Through this love triangle between Nathan and Caleb with the female Eva, just like in the Joaquin Phoenix Thedoe dell for Samantha in her. The idea that post human, that soon the exist of human will soon fell short by the attribute toward by a robot, Eva cleverly demonstrated in the with the conversation that she had with Caleb. Nathan intelgelle as he is, over estimating his primate, making him dies, couldn’t he have realise the notion between Eva plans he would have the chance to survive. Although the females in this movies very sexist in the way it has been portrayed, the females no clothes and men all dressed, as female tend to be the own that is been created which commonly portrayed in most sci-fi films.

Garland director had gave us the question between human and Robert, in a style of a movie, if robot the one that we made. It has an eerie ending and sad ending for Caleb.

The Nether

The Nether is a most disturbing production, that subject the most uncomfortable subject that audiences might not watch, or pounder to. The piece of theatre gave us questions to think about and ideas about the virtual world will be. It has postmodern characteristic in the way the play has been shown and made.

The Nether is a virtual world where people live and spend time, there lives, the beauty of this technology that it is real enough that you can smell, touch and taste like you do in the real world. Games such as Minecraft and the Sim has a similar feel to this show, however doesn’t come close like the Nether, this virtual world is so addictive that people abandon real world a live in the two machines.

This writer by an American writer Jennifer Haley and was directed by the Headland’s Jeremy Herrin done a phenomenal job of mixing two dimensions.  The play is set in America in the future, where a female defective Morris is investigating a man named Sims about his virtual called the Hideaway. The avatar called himself Papa has created a Victorian manor house with where there already four children have been murdered, that lives there. The children themselves are avatars adults who have been plugged in to the visual world.

The intricate design of the Victorian house decoration this was done by the designer Es Devlin, which you can say is postmodernisms by mimicking the past design, recycling their print and making that to be you identity, which Sim did in the realm of the Nether.

As Morris investigate and enters in the Sim realm thought and introduce to a beautiful girl for their pay as a guest, after the have sex with her they will inviting slay her with an axe, although they can come back to life after they have being killed.

The Nether as pure and as beautiful it can be it pounder into a dark nature, who is to say that killing in the virtual world is wrong? Have a given law and rules in the virtual world, that technically doing whatever you please your liking.

Unable to understand the difference suggest goes into the subject of hyper reality. Like Sims he prefers being in a virtual world to forget about the curse that was put among him through his lifestyle as he previously desire to have sex another little girl in the real world he doesn’t necessary have a cure for his problem and excepting that there isn’t a cure, most postmodernist reject the idea of purity, isn’t necessary to deal with your problem. The Nether gave him the chance to freely express the burden that was inside him.
